5. Establish an official mailing address
6. Add President, secretary, and treasurer of commission to all bank accounts
7. Add President, secretary, and treasurer of commission as official signers to checking account(s)
8. Set pay rate for employees
9. Put together an accurate list of all customers in district
10. Ask for assistance in going through financial information
11. Begin search for OIC, etc
12. Set up an inventory process of all equipment etc belonging to SD
13. Look at a preliminary budget for the rest of the year
14. Draft a letter with new addresses, etc to go to all district customers
15. Set time/date for next meeting
